ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance agreement, these Terms & Conditions will be made available electronically to the consumer.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust offers, pricing, and product information at any time.

Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur depending on device settings or production batches.

Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing or product descriptions are not binding.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The agreement becomes effective once the consumer accepts the offer and completes the checkout process.

After an order is placed, the consumer will receive an electronic confirmation of the order.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or incorrect pricing.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing via email.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after valid proof of return has been provided.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
- made to the consumer’s specifications;
- clearly personalized;
- sealed products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes or import duties depending on the destination country.

The entrepreneur will process and ship accepted orders within a reasonable timeframe.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier operations.

The entrepreneur is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered during checkout.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

ARTICLE 13 – COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted in writing via email within a reasonable timeframe after discovery of the issue.

The entrepreneur aims to respond to complaints within 7 business days.
